Comfort Food….Not because I'm un comfortable but because it sounds Yummy!
It's an easy 15 min Prep 30 min to make, clean the kichen tommorw kidda meal.

So on the Menu for tonight is:
Ingredients:
1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1/4 thin strips
4 tablespoon flour divided (dredging and thickening)
1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper (or to taste)
3 tablespoons butter + 2 more tablespoons at step #5
10 Crimini mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced, then cut slices in half
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
1 cup sour cream, *Light if you’re watching your waist line ;o)
Fresh Parsley, chopped (optional) for garnish
1 Package Egg Noodles (cooked al dente and lightly buttered)
Directions:
1. Dredge meat with flour. (shake off excess)
2. Heat large skillet, add butter.
3. Add meat and brown quickly on both sides
4. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic to skillet. Cook 3-4 minutes until onion is crisp-tender.
5. Remove mixture from pan Add butter to pan drippings, blend in remainder of flour slowly.
6. Add beef broth stirring constantly.
7. Cook & stir over medium-high heat, until thickened & bubbly, then return meat mixture to pan.
8. Turn down heat to medium and Stir in sour cream.
9. Cook slowly until heated through out but DO NOT BOIL! Serve over hot buttered noodles.
Serves 4
*For those like myself on Weight Watchers this is a heafty 15 Points!!! But worth it.
