Happy Cinco de Mayo!!!

Okay so today being Cinco de Mayo I celebrated it with…


My Favorite Burrito Place, Taqueria El Rinconsito !!! I had my sights set on it for dinner, and was all geared up for it. I’d been thinking about it for the past couple of days. Mmmmm sweet sweet delicious burrito….how I love thee.

My good friend Mindy came for a visit and the first thing after arriving was a suggestion to go partake on this famous burrito. She wanted to take that Challenge. Ha ha ha… I of coarse agreed without hesitation.
So off we went. Got the goods with guach and sour cream of coarse :o) Hers with no onions because she’s allergic and… She Loved it!!! When asked her opinion she gave a great big Burp, and said “Delicious!” Woo Hoo!! Another one is born!!

So then later on my Husband said “Hey it’s Cinco de mayo, lets go get a burrito!!” LOL

So we all piled into the car and off we went for burrito #2. Have to say I feel a bit guilty. I had this planed since my trip earlier with Miss Mindy. Should I of eaten TWO favorite Chicken Burritos with guacamole and sour cream smothered in green salsa???

Yep. It was good good good!!!!
I'll think about my waist line tomorrow....

    You have GOT TO stop posting pictures of those burritios! Seriously! I am way out in Viginia and while I love it here... no one knows how to make a good burritio! I am from Arizona orignally... so I know good Mexican food and those look WONDERFUL!

This guy was worry from within the whom. At week 15 I started to bleed. We were loosing him. It was that day this sweet one even before breathing air taught me one of my most precious life lessons.. patience.

Before I had little but while pregnant with him I was on strict bed rest for 172 days. I was more than worth it.

My image of him was he was the most Determined person.. boy was I right. He will because of this be anything he wants. Greatness is in his future.

Nathaniel is loving, sweet and considerate. He can melt your worst day with his smile.

This little love. He's my last but in no where my least. He was not planned but was very welcome. He was an Anniversary Gift the best kind ever. Christian doesn't talk yet or walk but I can already tell he's a big thinker.

He is always watching. I can't wait to see how his personality unfolds... but at the same time hope he takes his sweet time. He is my baby, my last and I'd like to keep him sdmall for a bit ;o)
