Proud

I just have to say I couldn’t be any more proud as I am this morning. When you are a Mama your days are consumed with your little ones. It can be frustrating as it is for me… a lot.
But it pays off in full and then some when your little sweet one “gets it!”

For the past 2 weeks now Nathaniel my 2 year old or I should clarify my 29 month old on the 21st of this month Learns to Potty Train. Okay get this, I don’t get the pat on the back for teaching him. This is all the honor of Himself and Johnpaul my 4 year old. His big Brother Johnpaul has for the past 2 weeks been taking him into the bathroom and showing him the ropes.

Johnpaul is an AWESOME Big Brother. He reminds him, cheers him on and congratulates with huge Yippees!!! When there is an accident which has been few, Johnpaul is the first to tell him “It’s Okay Butter, you’re alright.” (that’s what he’s named him, Butter :o) )

Nathaniel is amazing. I can hardly believe he’s potty training with such ease. My hair is just blown back. Funny thing is he doesn’t Want my or his Dads help. He wants to do it all on his own. He stops and drops everything making a mad dash for the potty. Even in times when we have him diapered, he’s tearing off his clothes to get there. He even has a special way he likes to sit on the toilet LOL He did all of this on his own.

*sigh* They both are so grown up now. I just couldn’t be more proud.
